Asset Governance (International) ("AGINT") was formed in 2005 as a subsidiary of I-Mage Z Pty Limited (ABN 56 083 564 925) in direct response to a recognised need that industry requires support in managing its asset bases.
The Principals of AGINT each have achieved skillsets that can provide industry unique insights into total asset management and the true value that these assets hold (in terms of financial outcome and organisational importance).

Bringing nine years of Fixed Assets, Project Accounting and Commercial experience, Cliff has had in-depth experience in managing assets in the telecommunications and energy utility industries, in addition to manufacturing and FMCG. Through this experience Cliff has seen how the treatment and application of assets can determine the success or failure of an organisation. Applying this practical knowledge and that gained from studying a Bachelor of Commerce, he has co-developed the Asset Context Discovery © ("ACD") concept using industry best practises. The ACD concept has been developed to ensure that an organisation’s assets are optimised for a successful future.
